I am licensed in Oregon and Utah. This means that you must be physically located in either of these states during our sessions. If you are out of state, your session will need to be rescheduled.

I understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel a session. I ask that clients give me at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. If we can reschedule within a week or you give me over 24 hours notice, you are not charged a cancellation fee. If this does not happen, you will be charged the full session fee.

Individual sessions are $195 per session and couple’s sessions are $215 per session. Sessions are 45-53 minutes long. Extended sessions may be possible on a case by case basis.

I am in network with Moda and Optum/United Health. Please contact me for more details. I am out of network for all other insurance plans. I am happy to provide you a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

At this time, I have a limited number of in-person appointments available. These sessions are held in my office in Tualatin, Oregon. Please contact me to see if I have any current in-person openings. I also hold sessions virtually through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
