oregon Clinical Social worker associate (CSWA) Supervision
Supervision is not only about meeting requirements, it’s about having a place where you can think, feel, question, and grow as a therapist.
I offer clinical supervision for CSWA therapists who are looking for supervision rooted in support first and teaching second. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in the belief that you already carry a great deal of knowledge and intuition. Supervision with me is a space to deepen what’s already there while also building clarity, confidence, and clinical skill.
My Approach to CSWA Supervision
I work from an integrative lens and adapt supervision to you, your learning style, clinical interests, and the realities of your work and life. I value curiosity over rigidity and flexibility over one size fits all models.
In our work together, supervision may include:
Thoughtful case consultation
Gentle exploration of countertransference and clinical stuck points
Support around confidence, self-trust, and therapist identity
Teaching that is practical, embodied, and responsive rather than prescriptive
Space for reflection, not just problem-solving
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that feels safe, attuned, and steady. A place where you can bring your questions without fear of judgment and your uncertainties without needing to perform.
I am particularly suited to supervise therapists who work primarily with individual adults. Clinical interests that often show up in my supervision work include:
Body image and embodiment
Perinatal mental health and parenting
Perimenopause and menopause
Sexuality, desire, and sexual concerns
The intersection of mental health, identity, relationships, and the body
If your work explores how emotional life, physical experience, and sexuality are interconnected, we will likely speak a similar clinical language.
Who This Is a Good Fit For
You might be a good fit for my supervision style if you:
Value relational, supportive supervision alongside clinical guidance
Are open to integrative and flexible ways of working
Appreciate space for reflection, not just technique
Are developing your voice as a therapist and want support doing so
Work thoughtfully and ethically, even when you don’t have all the answers yet
I especially enjoy working with supervisees who are curious, reflective, and willing to engage honestly with both their strengths and growing edges.
A Final Note
Finding the right supervisor matters. Supervision should feel like a place where you can exhale a little while still being challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow.
If you’re looking for supervision that is grounded, relational, and responsive, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
